Warranty

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Ari Cabinets extends a one-year limited warranty to the original consumer purchaser, guaranteeing our "covered products" to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials under normal usage. This warranty, effective from the original purchase date, applies to cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, shelves, and accessories exclusively produced by Ari Cabinets. Any accessories or additional products, not manufactured by Ari Cabinets but sold along or as part of any "covered product", are not considered "covered products" and therefore are not covered by this warranty.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover conditions outside the control of Ari Cabinets such as misuse, neglect, improper storage, improper installation, acts of God, exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture. Normal wear or deterioration due to aging, including natural expansion and contraction, are also not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any discoloration due to exposure to light, whether natural or artificial, as such changes are considered a natural effect on wood and not manufacturing defects.

Given the unique characteristics of painted finishes differing from standard wood finishes, they are subject to the environmental conditions. This may lead to the development of hairline cracks, peeling, or seam line separation due to changes in weather, temperature, or climate. Other visible natural wood characteristics through painted finishes such as grain patterns, knots, and mineral streaks are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover any expenses related to the removal, shipment, or reinstallation of the "covered products".

Ari Cabinets retains the right to modify design, specifications, and materials when required or as improvements are developed, with no obligation to incorporate such changes into products previously manufactured.

If they are unknown or unresponsive, contact us directly by emailing us at sales@aricabinets.com.This warranty is non-transferable and provides you with specific legal rights.
